Shipping Policy

    UPS is the preferred shipping method for domestic orders, but we may use USPS for international orders.

    Most signs are made to order, and will require 3-7 days for processing depending on the size. Once shipped, the delivery should be made within 2-5 days.

      Please also note that free shipping is offered in the US. However, if the order is custom, the size of the order may require a shipping charge. This will be discussed before the order is placed.

      Shipping to P.O. boxes

      Please provide a street address with your order if possible. For timely delivery, we prefer UPS. Otherwise, USPS will be used.

      Order Processing and Tracking

      All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

      When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

      If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@signtreasure.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

      Shipping Damage

      In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@signtreasure.com with a picture of the sign/package. We will address the issue and provide a solution for you. Feel free to contact us anytime!
